| We mainly use silicasol shell lost wax casting process to produce stainless steel casting with the material of austenitic stainless steel casting and martensitic stainless steel casting, 17-4PH and so on. All of our stainless steel castings are widely used in almost all of the industry fields. |

| Stainless steel pipe fittings, or known as stainless steel screwed pipe fittings are one item of our stainless steel casting. We adopt investment casting process to produce the casting and then machine them through CNC lathes. The thread standard is NPT, BSP, BSPT, DIN and so on. |

| We mainly produce stainless steel valves through lost wax casting or investment casting process, such as ball vale, gate valve and check valve. We provide not only a set of stainless steel valves but also valve parts. |

| We mainly use soluble glass lost wax casting process, or known as sodium silicate lost wax casting process to produce alloy steel casting with the following material: ASTM standard 8620, 8630, 4340 and 4140; DIN standard, 20CrMo4 and 42CrMo4. |

| Superalloy casting is widely used in aviation engine, aerospace engine, gas turbine, ship, metallurgy, petroleum and glass industry for its super anti-heat, anti-oxidation and anti-corrosion property. |

| All the carbon steel lost wax castings are made by sodium silicate lost wax casting process. The main material is the following: ASTM standard, 1020, 1045, WCB; DIN standard, C22, C45, 1.1120 and 1.0619. |

| We are equipped with many advanced furnishments of casting, machining and test. We can machine the castings according to the client's requirements through CNC lathe, CNC center, electronic polishing, mirror polishing and brushing and so on. At the same time, we run strictly according to the ISO9001 in order to confirm the quality. |

| We test all the parts strictly according to ISO 9001:2000 quality control system. We have enough test instruments to guarantee all the quality parameters of parts are in accordance with the client's requirement. |

Casting 1
We are trial-producing stainless steel propellers with the material of 17-4PH. The propeller needs to be mirror polished after the casting is finished.
Casting 2
We are now trial-producing one type of aluminum investment casting used in plane. The part needs to be machined by CNC vertical milling machine and CNC horizontal milling machine and CNC turning machine.
